Dear Granite Families,
As we approach Thanksgiving break, I want to share how grateful I am for our incredible students and the joy they bring to our school each day. As principal, I feel so fortunate to have a job where I get to laugh, interact with kids, and experience surprises every single day—it’s truly the best part of what I do. We hope you and your families have a wonderful holiday filled with rest and connection. Please note that we will not have a newsletter next week, and there is no school Wednesday through Friday for the break. Enjoy the time off!

School Feedback Survey

Each November, parents receive a 9-question survey asking you for feedback aboutt Granite. Please look for an email from donotreply@canyonsdistrict.org and complete the survey with your feedback by November 30th. We are always looking for ways to improve our systems and outcomes. Your input in these processes is very valuable.

PTA Information

Granite’s PTA is encouraging all our students to brighten this holiday season with kindness. Our goal is 1000 acts of kindness before Winter Break. These acts can be done for family members, neighbors, friends, teachers, or anyone in our communities. Every small act makes a big difference. Watch for a flyer coming home with details about how to participate and ideas for small acts of kindness.
