In March, we learned about taking initiative. Victor Hugo, the French writer, said that initiative is doing the right thing without being told.
When you show initiative you take action. You do what needs to be done even if it isn’t your job. You keep going when there are setbacks, and you watch for and take advantage of opportunities that others pass by.
