Our 5th graders used all of their job and financial skills they’ve learned over the past 6 weeks to attend BizTown! It was an exciting day filled with paychecks, working a new job, lunch breaks, and shopping. Students crossed the JA City bridge to hear a fun message from the mayor of the city and began getting to work. It was amazing to watch students hustle in their jobs, balance their accounts, and work in teams to keep their businesses up and running. It was an amazing real-life experience and we are so proud of all of their hard work.
