Five, Six, Seven Eight! All week long in Multiplication Boot Camp, third graders march, chant, and even do sit-ups as they practice various strategies for multiplication. Catch any third grader and he or she could easily tell you about the commutative property of multiplication, about the 9’s trick, or about why their arm is sore from making arrays! Teachers and students get into the Boot Camp fun by dressing in camo all week.
