The Natural History Museum of Utah visited the 4th grade classrooms this week. They graciously brought the museum to us with their ‘Museum on the Move’ program. Fourth graders rotated through 5 stations and, as scientists, explored seeds, skulls, bugs, and animal specimens native to Utah. The kids practiced being scientists by making observations, asking questions, and drawing inferences about the specimens. We had a great time learning about the different habitats, plants, and animals that are native to our home state of Utah!
