Dear Granite Families, Wellness Week & Night– We are excited to celebrate our first Wellness Week. We will be combining Red Ribbon Week and White Ribbon Week to focus on healthy choices and lifestyles regarding physical wellbeing, nutrition, sleep, Family Wellness Night 🍎🧠🏃♀️🛌Monday, April 29 6:00-7:30 Monday 4/29 Physical Wellness Day – Active Lifestyle Dress-up DayTuesday, 4/30 Emotional Wellness Day – Banner at Lunch for kids to sign and students will be given a breathing strategy sticker Wednesday 5/1 Digital Wellness Day – Digital Citizenship Lesson “Making Good Choices” Thursday 5/2 Nutritional Wellness Day – PTA will celebrate students who eat their fruit or veggie at lunch and give students stickers. If you pack a lunch, please send a serving of a fruit or veggie in the lunch box. All students who take school lunch get a serving of either fruit, veggie, or both every day. Friday 5/3 Sleep Wellness Day – Pajama Day & Digital Citizenship Lesson “Balancing Media Use” Congrats to speech & debate winners– Granite had several 5th grade students, including 2 EEC students, participate in Canyons District’s Speech & Debate Tournament. Congratulations to our winners! They will compete in the state competition next Friday!

2024-2025 Student Council – We are so lucky to have a large number of incredible students who love are school and applied to be student council representatives next year. It was incredibly hard to choose just 6 students. Mrs. Zisakis, Mrs. Frickelton and I are pleased to announce and congratulate the student council for 2024-2025!
