Hi, our names are Anna and Isla and we are in 4th grade.
We are 10 years old.
The kindergarten buddies were fantastic this year. Let us tell you about our amazing time with them.
First, we got our permanent buddies and got to know them.
Next, we got supplies such as a plastic bag, a clipboard, pencil and a sheet of paper.
Then, we lined up and went on an amazing, fun nature walk that all of the students enjoyed. The sheet of paper had leaf shapes and many bright colors. After that we found all of our materials and went inside.
Last, we washed up and then read a book that the 4th graders picked out for their buddy.
Then the buddies picked a spot of their choice for their 4th grader to read to them.
In conclusion, we had a fantastic first experience with our buddies.
