Kindergarten Shapes

Kindergarteners are working on their shapes unit in math!  Students are learning about flat and solid (3D) shapes, their properties and analyzing their relative positions. We had a fun activity where we worked on our math core standard: “Model shapes in the world by building shapes from components.”  They loved being creative and describing their shape projects to the class. Cutest little mathematicians on the block.
