Kindergarten is absolutely loving our weekly Nearpod days! Each week we do a class Nearpod lesson where we review our high frequency words, phonics, math concepts of the week and number fluency. We get to participate as a class and celebrate the successes of our friends. Our favorite part of our Nearpod is “Time to Climb” where we compete in a timed race game. Their avatars race to the top of the mountain as they choose the correct answers. Our game includes first sound fluency, next number fluency, letter pairs and number identification.
