We are so sad that our wonderful Mrs. Petersen is retiring. Mrs. Petersen has taught first grade at Granite for 16 years. She is a fantastic teacher and a great colleague. At a party held in her honor, teachers and staff told about how she is a great therapist and friend. She and George the puppet will be missed by first graders and adults alike. We wish her the best of luck! My her hikes be as beautiful as her heart.
