Valentina Diogo was awarded the “Superintendent’s Choice Award” from Canyons District on May 2nd. The award is given in recognition of resilient learners who have met, or exceeded their personal, academic or life goals. Valentina moved to Utah from Brazil only two years ago. Here at Granite Elementary she has learned to speak English and made amazing academic growth. We are so proud of her incredible accomplishments and glad to have her as part of our Granite grade community.
