Approve Draft Minutes from last meeting-Motion to approve, Michelle Schmidt,

2nd, Alli Booth

SCC Business

Review current year’s LAND Trust plan, data, expenditures, and review if

spending is on course or if amendments are necessary.

-Acadience coming in this week so we will discuss more.

-Spending is on course.

-Budgets will all be correct with the new accounting software by the end of the

week.

-Professional learning and spending is all still as previously documented.

$2000 spent before winter break to buy kids more books and the money is now

spent for the rest of the year. PTA will buy the remaining books for us after the

book fair.

Principal Report-

STEAM Night Plans

Kit coming with different activities from the districtWe will have 12 stations plus our STEM teacher and Art teacher is a maybe (15

stations)

12 volunteers needed for the night

6:00-7:30, Jan 27, 2026

Goodie bag prizes and refreshments

(Volunteers arrive at 5:45 to practice the station)

24-25 Land Trust & TSSA Final Reports Needs to be submitted Friday to

the state. TSSA report at the next meeting, no vote required.

SNAP plan was submitted and we will review it next time.

PTA Report- We need PTA volunteers and board members, we are very short on

people. Books & Bagels is coming up. We need a lot of volunteers for the

read-a-thon coming up.

Guest Remarks Katie Dahle: Discussion about the pause or not of the school

plans. Opinions shared. Questions asked.
