Approve Draft Minutes from last meeting-Matt Box motion, Jenny Bradley 2nd

SCC Business

  • State Deadlines are done-all info correct, everyone attended district SCC training
  • Review current year’s LAND Trust plan, data, expenditures, and review if spending is on course or if amendments are necessary.
    • Discuss amendment-moving funds around to accommodate the current needs of our school
    • Amendment vote and signatures-Motion to approve Michelle Schmidt, 2nd Stacie Zisakis/ All participants signed the amended plan
  • Finalize Safe Walking Routes reports for 2026-27 – these are due October 31 on CSD Dashboard.-Submitted last year’s because of all the school changes coming up. Motion to approve, Michelle Schmidt and 2nd is Matt Box

Principal Report-How money is spent in each area, what our benefits/successes have been, all the many groups and activities that support our students and their families

  • Cell Tower Funds-spending a lot of the money this year for max benefits to current staff and students, discussed what current and planned spending looks like (PTC, student council, PBIS rewards, staff birthdays and morale/appreciation)
  • PBIS Plan-reviewed the many areas where we support and celebrate our students
  • Attendance Updates-puzzles are working great and kids are positive
